About us

We are a small family au pair agency with headquarter in Denmark. As a family we have several years of experience with having au pair girls, both from Europe and Thailand, and that is why we believe that we have the right approach to find the right match between families and au pairs. We have been satisfied with all the girls we’ve had, but we have to admit that Thai girls, in our personal opinion, is quite amazing as au pairs.

Thais are by nature extremely sweet, friendly, forthcoming, quick to learn, hardworking and incredibly good with children. Besides that, they’re willing to learn new language, culture and everything else, in no time. We have, in other words, had great success, by having Thai girls as au pairs.

For us, it’s about making the perfect match between family and au pair. We do everything we can to examine the girls’ background and look closer into why they have chosen to work as au pair, so we are sure that it´s really what they want. We also have a Thai agent who talks with the girls that apply as au pair, as well as ensure that the girls know what they’re getting into. Our agent also makes sure that the girls meet the terms, that we as the agency, requires (e.g. that they have first aid training and that they have no criminal record). The agent also helps the girls to get visa.

It is our experience that both families and au pairs are more satisfied with each other after they have answered a lot of questions and details, so we can match them better.

One of the most important things is that both families and au pairs must fit together like a hand in a glove. Both must be happy and satisfied to be with a family / having an au pair, and we believe we have the right tools to ensure precisely that.

Our au pair agency is relatively new, but as written earlier, we have had up to several au pair girls, and we have had both good and bad experiences. Therefore, we also believe that we can do better. We have learned that there are missing some details from other agencies, and that could probably have saved us the bad experiences with au pair girls.

We have therefore created a questionnaire based on what we think is important for a family to know before they consider whether this au pair could be someone they want to live with their family.

We have also talked to several au pair girls who have given their verdict on what they think is important about a family and about the family’s requirements and expectations for an au pair.

That said, it can, despite the same interests, experience, etc., still happen that a family or an au pair cannot make it all fit together. And should it, against all odds happen, we will of course make sure that the family gets a new au pair, and that the au pair comes to a new family, both at no cost.
